How would you interpret this dream?

The other day, someone called me about a dream they had. In the dream, Sandy was at an amusement park waiting for her boyfriend Joe to arrive. She was standing in front of a roller coaster. It roared and rolled by a few times and still no Joe. After giving him an adequate amount of time to contact her and show, Sandy decided to leave. She walked through the park and found herself meeting new people, laughing, going on rides with them, and having a really good time.

How would you interpret this dream? With a little guidance, Sandy was able to see how her subconscious was letting her know that it was time to move on from her relationship with Joe and that they were not longer having good times together. She realized she would be able to meet new people, have new experiences, and that she would be able to enjoy herself and her life even if Joe were no longer a part of it. Did you see that, too?

Sometimes we are so deeply ingrained in our situation we have a hard time seeing what's really happening around us. Learning to access your subconscious is a great tool. We can access messages coming to us from our subconscious through dreams and meditation. We can influence our subconscious to guide us to our goals and desires through appropriate self talk, believable and effective affirmations, and repeated visual and auditory stimulation.

Next time you have a dream you are intrigued by, write it down and highlight all the nouns (person, places, things) in yellow. Then highlight all the verbs (action words) using another colored highlighter. Go back and look at idiomatic expressions, ie. "taken for a ride" "on a roller coaster" and see how all these symbols come together to give you a story and message you may need to hear.

Speaking of dreams, I had a dream the other night I was participating in a beautiful, full moon ritual. I was dancing, and singing, and calling in blessings for everyone around me. It was so much fun. This Friday, Sept. 16th is the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse, and I'm going to do just that. I'm going to dance in the light of a bonfire and call to action, the gods and goddesses of the Harvest Moon. This will be the last eclipse of 2016. So, it's going to be a special and magical time to help bring closure to the year and situations.

I wish you all a magical harvest moon and a safe and blessed eclipse.

As always, I am here for quick check ins, readings, coaching, and astro-psychic consulting.

Love and blessings to you!
